Valid debit/credit card details are required to secure all reservations. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 12:00, 7 days before the date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged. We may pre-authorise your credit/debit card security deposit purposes, but you are welcome to pay by another method.

Please note - LATEST CHECK IN is by 19.30 pm, later check in can be requested by phone or email making use of our secure self check in service. This service is subject to availability and there may be a charge.
Please notify us if you will be much later/earlier than your ARRIVAL TIME/E.T.A.

In the very unlikely event that we should need to cancel your reservation we will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible. Astley House is not liable for any cancellation costs.
